IAN BINNIE
Ian is a social researcher with 21 years experience in the public and private sectors. He has been involved in hundreds of projects which have been subject to extensive scrutiny from government, parliament, academics and the public. He has skills in scoping, design, and delivery of high profile quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation. Ian has a particular passion for understanding human behaviour and generating actionable insights.
KAREN BINNIE
Karen brings eighteen years of experience in both the public and private sectors, including six years consulting with Deloitte. She strengthens organisations by engaging stakeholders, bringing cohesiveness to business strategy, and designing services and processes around the customer.
